Yes. You’ll need a free TableTone account to redeem your content pack code. Once activated, your content is automatically synced with your app – just make sure you’re logged in with the same email or username. Login can be found in the main menu - top left inside your TableTone App.

Absolutely. All purchased packs stay available in your app forever, once they’re activated and downloaded.

Simply log into the TableTone app with the same email or username you
used for your purchase. Your packs will start downloading automatically.

We are constantly expanding our music library and populating the location playlists with the most suitable tracks. This process is ongoing, so the music list for each location will become more extensive and diverse over time.

Since all our products are digital and instantly accessible, we can’t offer refunds – but if there’s an issue, just contact us and we’ll find a solution.

While your subscription gives you full access to all content while it's active, any packs you buy separately remain yours permanently – even after your subscription ends. Note: In the future we won't be able to offer subscription for iOS anymore. However, subscriptions are still available for Android from the mobile App itself.

No. TableTone does not use generative AI. All our sounds and music are composed, produced, and mastered by professional artists and audio experts – every tone you hear is crafted by humans.
